Dialysis Staffing was founded in Portland Oregon in 2001 by Shannon White, C.E.O. Shannon has been a dialysis nurse for 11 years with experience in chronic dialysis clinics, acutes and management. Shannon found her niche in the temporary staffing services to be the most rewarding. She felt it was important that units had quality temporary staff while hiring and training new employee’s or while covering for vacations and sick calls. Within two years the company became recognized for its highly skilled and reliable dialysis nurses and technicians. Today Dialysis Staffing has the highest specialized network of dialysis nurses and technicians locally while striving to be the largest nationally.

Our staff are rigorously screened to meet the highest standard and we are committed to providing unsurpassed customer service.

The company started with local per-diem assignments, and travel contracts varying from 30 days to as long as our clients need temporary help. With our many contacts with companies and facilities throughout the United States, we offer many travel opportunities.

Over time, we started offering Temp To Hire placements. With a 13 week contract, this represents the best form of hiring where both the facility and caregiver get the opportunity to work together and determine if there is a fit before making a long-term commitment.

In 2006 we launched a new service, the Permanent Placement of Dialysis Nurses and Technicians. We have immediate positions for permanent placement nationwide, and offer some of the lowest fees in the industry.
